Why do you have a golf tournament every year?

The Baker City Police Department Drug Dog program costs about $14,000 a year.  These costs include travel, training, food, vet care, equipment maintenance and more.  All the money received from the golf tournaments go into a specific line of the City budget and are only spent on the dog program.
